[PC-BSD Translations] 8.2 version of Handbook is ready

free online translators database like what for what. IOW: what do you
mean to do?

a pootle server?

If it's for translating the handbook you can certainly use the wiki,
just make a page saying something like "NATIVE_LANGUAGE trans for
Handbook WORK" upload the the odt file, attach it the the page, edit
its contents re-upload it, add addition pages for discussion on
material, etc..

What we are trying to do, dunno if its done yet, is use the
translation extension for the wiki, so that when you are on page you
can click on the translation button and add your work.
