[PC-BSD Translations] 8.2 Strings Updated

Uuu, that sounds bad, but what I presume he is saying is that when he
goes to write an entry for a new string, the supposedly "blank" html
<form> entry section is filled with 5 spaces, which is default in
pootle, and it annoys him to have to delete all those spaces when he
just wants to submit in the "blank-new-untranslated" entry form the
text with its symbols when he finished an entry.

Also Josh, have you set up the translation extension to the wiki, so
that we can start translating some articles? I again don't mind the
idea of separating the wiki from pootle server (meant for the
pcbsd/kde strings). But I am open for help if need anything technical
in that area.
