[PC-BSD Translations] Pootle registration page doesn't work yet

  Hi,

I tried to register in the new Pootle <http://pootle.pcbsd.org/> 
translation system but I got the below error message which prevented me 
from receiving the activation email and resetting my password.

I tried to send this message on Pootle contact us page but I got the 
same error.
