[PC-BSD Translations] question about documentation translation

At the moment, is anyone translating PC-BSD docs or is the current focus on localization? I couldn't find any docs on pootle.

Is there a process for someone who wants to translate, say the User Guide, to follow? Are there any current translations of docs? I could not find any but may have missed them.
