[PC-BSD Translations] 7.1 Translation Deadline

7.1 is progressing rapidly, and will be available in the upcoming weeks. 
If you still need to finish up some translation work for 7.1, please 
have it completed in Pootle by April 3rd in order to make sure it gets 
into 7.1. If a translation isn't finished by then, we'll include what is 
done, and then update the files in a month or two with 7.1.1.
