[PC-BSD Translations] Pootle problems

Kris, please check following strings:

In PBSystem.po:
CVSUpProgress#17
CVSUpProgress#18
FastestCvsup#10

In pcbsdusermanager.po:
AddDlgCode#30
mainDlgCode#16
(duplicated?)

That strings goes to untranslated after automatic pootle commit.
