I'll actually make this easier, I've just uploaded a tarball with all 
the latest translations from Pootle as of a few minutes ago:

http://www.pcbsd.org/~kris/locale-data.tgz

To install do this (as root)
# cd /
# tar xvzf locale-data.tgz

After extracting, just restart any of our translated applications and 
confirm that they work.
