[PC-BSD Translations] Updated files for translation

Everybody,

I've just posted two new files in our translation interface, Pootle, for 
the PBI Creator and PBI Installer.

These files are fairly small, so if you could get them translated soon 
here, I'll be sure to include it in the PBI Version 4 when we release. 
This will allow users to run the PBI installer in their native Lang, and 
use the PBI Creator localized as well.
