Pavel,

That's right, Pootle is a collaboration tool for translating strings of
text. If you translate one, someone else can change or update strings you've
translated if (s)he thinks that's necessary.

We will let you know when the final deadline will be, so whatever is on
Pootle at the cut off, will be used in the final version.

If there's anything unclear, let me know.
