[PC-BSD Translations] 1.4 translations

I hope we can start translations as soon as possible, the german Team has to fix some bugs in the installer!

Hi Renato,

Tim told me Pootle is ready but we have to wait until the translation  
files are frozen to start translating. I'm aware we won't have enough time  
to translate, but we'll do what we can!
