[PC-BSD Translations] ALT Shortcuts

Guys,

Many thanks for your help translating PC-BSD in your native language! This
support is really appreciated by the Team.

Just a quick note regarding the translation of the ALT-letter shortcuts:

If you for instance translate &Cancel in say &Annuleren, than you have to
translate the next line ALT-C into ALT-A and not ALT-C!
