#1140: Boot Manager GUI allows user to delete default boot environment, rendering
system unbootable

I discovered the hard way that deleting all boot environments (including
default) except the latest one will break a system beyond repair.

My thinking was 'hey, the latest boot environment is working fine, so it
must be safe to delete all the older ones'.

Since this is obviously not the case, I suggest that the Boot Manager GUI
and/or beadm be enhanced to prevent the user from deleting the default BE,
since this always breaks the system.
