Comment (by geostar):

 Manual fix/update GUI Mode:

 1)PC-BSD Control - Package Manager
2)From Package Manger menu select View - Advanced (All Packages) option
3)From display of packages select section: textproc/
 4)From textproc section select: en-hunspell

The CLI way, in KDE dektop. In your sys-console type:
 sudo pc-pkgmanager
Then follow steps 2-4,as above, in GUI :)

After fresh installation the Package Manager indicates that "hunspell" is
installed. The package description indicates that "hunspell" is "Improved
spell checker for Hungarian and other languages. Tho, en-hunspell (English
spelling dictionary) is not installed, by default.

Moreover. "en-aspell" does not provide(English spelling dictionary)
 support for KDE.
