 Please take a look at my other reply, with ref. to ticket #960

 In addition to that, I don't understand why and how was local user, with
 its user password, able to create jail using Warden GUI, which did happen
 in my case. Tho afterwards, I could not do much with that jail, using
 Warden's GUI, other than start and stop the jail :)

 And again, warden in CLI does require root/su/sudo access and root
 password to deal with its jails, but that's the norm for all other CLI or
 GUI system-wide configuration utilities.

 It took "warden delete myjail" in CLI to delete the jail.
