 After further investigation it looks like your issue may be driver
 related.  I found this bug report for the iwn(4) driver for your card.
 Looks like the firmware could be crashing preventing it from functioning
 properly.

 I wasn't able to find to find a solution.  I suppose you could always try
 upgrading the firmware for your card, but it should already be pretty up
 to date.
