 When attempting to run the AppCafe application, I receive the error
 {{{
 "Missing meta-files for RepoID: 001. This is normally due to the internet
 connection being offline or mis-configured."
 }}}
 even after configuring the proxy through the PCBSD Control Panel under
 Network Configuration.

 My /usr/local/etc/pcbsd.conf file contains the following:
