 I dont agree with the original bug report, that the tray icon just should
 dissappear while updating is happening. I like it keeping it's current
 status, until the updates are 100% done.

 We did fix the issue where the tray now refreshes after doing an update,
 so it correctly indicates that no more updates are available.

 The tray icon also does show pending system "upgrades" now, if the system
 is waiting to be rebooted for it to continue. I will be adding this same
 functionality into the updater GUI as well though.
