 1. Setup PCBSD 9 via advanced partitioning to install ZFS-only.
 2. Create mountpoints for /usr, /usr/home, /var, /var/empty, etc.
 3. Install will fail when creating datasets because the datasets aren't
 sorted appropriately (in this case it failed to create the /usr dataset
 before it created the /usr/home dataset).
