 This bug was reported by David30 on the PCBSD forums.

 When performing an update to PCBSD RC-1 the user's computer will stall at
 the point it is supposed to reboot.  This has been confirmed by two users
 on the forums.  I have not been able to duplicate the problem as of yet.
 I will make more information available as it comes in.  Kris can you have
 a look at this?
