 My computer is a Dell Demension E310.  On 8.2 RC1, the desktop crashes a
 few seconds after it finishes loading.  The clock is frozen and I can't do
 anything except push the off button on my computer.  I have tried booting
 in safe mode, but I get the same result.
 I had this problem with 8.1 as well, but with that release I was able to
 solve it by booting in safe mode and then shutting down properly.
