 Some fixes for pcbsd/trunk/SysInstaller/i18n/SysInstaller_fr.ts:

 i. the welcome screen prints &quot instead '
 ii. in French, a space is required before :, !, ... and ?
 iii. some sentences were too long and so no fully printed by the installer
 iv. other general improvement
