 Well, according to that output, it should be working, its only finding one
 card / channel, so I'm not sure what the deal is. We should probably try
 to confirm if its a KDE / Phonon bug, or something broken in the FreeBSD
 ich driver. Try this:

 At the command line, locate some mp3 file, and try to play it with
 "mplayer"

 # mplayer <mymp3>

 Do you get any audio output?
