Comment:

 I had this issue again, today (64 bit RC2 with dualcore CPU, installing
 VirtualBox PBI).
 The system was nearly completely unresponsive, I was able to run top but
 couldn't c&p the output, so I took a picture (which is pretty bad, I have
 to admit...).
 There are some kdeinit4 processes which take up to ~45% CPU.

 As this is not the only PBI and only computer I see this on, I changed the
 Priority to "major".
