 Thats great but I am a little lost with your reply.

 Firstly, is FF Firefox ? And secondly, what is a "libgiofam.so" ?

 In the bugs I have reported, the missing sound devices seems to be totally
 independent from the Firefox related system slow downs.

 I am witnessing numerous bugs - - -

 I have had FireFox installed since the RC-2 install - its now
 at version 3.5.7.
