 Ahh, got it, fixed in SVN:

 http://trac.pcbsd.org/changeset/6254

 You can see the translations in Czech by editing /etc/login.conf, and
 looking for lang=en_US and changing it to lang=cs_CZ, then save it and run
 "cap_mkdb /etc/login.conf" the next time you login, it should show up in
 the right language :)
