 KDE's mouse acceleration is unintuitve, since with it pointer movement
 aren't linear fundtion from mouse movement.
 Propose: get rid of it by default.

 To do so, we need set mouse threshold to 0, and mouse acceleration to
 1.2-1.3

 Almost no windows users who buys expensive mouse with a lot of buttons and
 settings use mouse acceleration.
 If this not convenient, let's start poll about this.
