 I made such layout:
 / - ufs
 swap.eli
 /home - ufs+s.eli
 /zfs - zfs.eli

 in install logs I see clearly that during install installer using ad4s1b
 as swap, and after that trying to use
 ad4s1b.eli as swap.
 Maybe it's normal, but after install swap is not encrypted in installed
 system.
