#194: Broken downloaded PBI produce problem to SoftManager

 When PBI are broken somehow, it downloads, and after it fails to install
 it not deleted sometimes, and stays as *.tmp.
 In settings checkbox "leave files after download" is unchecked.
 Need to fix this, because this failed-stayed file prevents this PBi to
 install, no matter how much times you trying.
