      desktop/menu entries on a per-user basis in the AppCafe
      (right-click on any installed PBI). This thread is specifically
      talking about the third available option of adding menu entries
      for all users.<br>

                              When we install icons "all<br>
                              users", it needs to place files in
                              /usr/local, which is writable only by<br>
                              root.<br>
