saved in the system settings panel.<br>

Right clicking on the tray clock does show my time zone but it doesn't
match that set in the system settings panel. They appear to conflict.<br>

Hovering over the tray clock shows UTC, Araguaina, and Bangkok, as well
as NYC. Huh?<br>

Sounds like a KDE problem to me. This is on the 8.0 with KDE 4.3.5, or
the snapshot with the newer 4.4.3?<br>
