[PC-BSD Testing] cinnamon edge packages

Just retested again by pulling pcbsd git again rebuilding src-sh/libsh,
src-sh/pc-updatemanager.  Now the conflict resolution tool works here as
well.  :)  The pkg fetch mismatch errors appeared to have cleared up as
well.
