[PC-BSD Testing] cinnamon edge packages

Did the GUI prompt you to remove conflicting packages at any point? If
it did, what packages are still conflicting on the next run?

If not, maybe re-install src-qt4/pc-pkgmanager as well, there may have
been some fixes in there that I forgot to backport.
