The updates to 9.2 weren't ready yet, and we are still on 10.0-RC3. They
will start going out in the next couple of days for testing.

In the meantime, it sounds like your world environment is borked. What
does "uname -a" show on the system? Also if you run "freebsd-update
fetch" does it show a buch of stuff needing updating?
