[PC-BSD Testing] [PC-BSD Dev] Second 10-STABLE image available for testing

Hi.

Thank you for this release. I've noticed few bugs.

Installer picks "nv" driver for my nvidia card rather then "nvidia" one. "Nvidia" driver was picked in 9 series.

I've chosen different locale in PCDM but after login it is still en_US.
