[PC-BSD Testing] Disabling Custom DNS is not persistent

Steps
1. Run Network Manager
2. Select a network device
2. Go to Network Configuration (Advanced) tab and uncheck the Enable Custom
DNS checkbox
3. Click Save. Notice that network connection will reset. Wait until
network connection reset finish. Click Close
4. Reboot your computer
5. Run again the Network Manager. Select a device and go to Enable Custom
DNS and notice it is checked again.

I'm using PC-BSD 9.1 RR i386 DVD Virtualbox with all updates except FreeBSD
security and ZFS updates
