[PC-BSD Testing] Boot to Vesa mode is persistent even rebooting to normal boot

Steps
1. Press any key on start up to launch Boot menu
2. Press 5 to enable Vesa Mode and press Enter
3. Notice that your desktop is in Vesa mode
4. Reboot to normal boot
5. Notice that you still boot to Vesa mode

I'm using PC-BSD 9.1 RR i386 DVD Virtualbox with all updates except FreeBSD
security and ZFS updates
