[PC-BSD Testing] Rolling-Release and 9.2-BETA1 announcement!

Btw.  I've been playing around with using multiple pkg repo's and it's been
working great as of PCBSD9.1-RELEASE-06-26-2013-x64-DVD.iso.  :)
