[PC-BSD Testing] Update manager window

Steps:
1. Launch Update Manager
2. Notice the icons on the upper left corner of the Update Manager window
and also the icon at the taskbar entry of the Update Manager are not the
Update Manager icon

Expected
The icons on the upper left corner of the Update Manager window and the
taskbar entry should be the gray flame with the green check on the front
