[PC-BSD Testing] Providing the wrong root password result to error installation in AppCafe

1. Install an app in Appcafe that requires root like Apache or OpenJDK
2. Notice a prompt window will appear asking for the root password
3. Enter a wrong root password
4. Notice that an error appear saying "An error occurred while installing
the app. Please check your network connection or mirror ." and the download
and installation of the app will stop

Expected behavior.
The root prompt window should reappear.
This will avoid the error message and avoid for the download and
installation to stop.
The user will not have to take time to Cancel the download because the user
option now is to Cancel the download/installation before he can install the
app again because there is no Resume option. If a Resume option can be
implemented to resume the download and installation whenever a wrong
password is provided can be another option also.
