[PC-BSD Testing] Hide toolbars is checked by default in Epiphany web browswer

1. Open Epiphany web browser
2. Notice that the toolbar/address bar is their for URL input and navigation
3. Input a website and press Enter
4. Notice that the entire toolbar disappears
5. Go to View > Toolbars
6. Notice that Hide Toolbars is checked by default

Expected behavior:
Why hide the address bar where a user always want to enter input. How can
the user input if hidden
