[PC-BSD Testing] Restore default configuration does not re-enable Enable firewall on startup

Steps:
1. Uncheck Enable firewall on startup
2. Click Restore default configuration button
Observed behaviour:
Enable firewall on startup checkbox is not re-enabled or checked
Expected behavior:
It should be checked back once because the default configuratuin is
firewall should be started on startup
I'm using PC-BSD 9.1 DVD LXDE Virtualbox
