[PC-BSD Testing] Desktop Environments Control Panel entries are not removed after uninstalling from System Packages

Hi Yuri,

Even you restart the computer, the Desktop Environments' control panel
icons are still there after I select All in Control Panel. But they are
greyed color.
I observed this in LXDE. I have to verify if this is also existing in other
desktops
