[PC-BSD Testing] Display system tray icon checkbox can be ticked even a network interface is not selected

Steps:
1. Open Network Manager, notice that no network interface is
selected/highlighted and checkbox to display in system is unchecked
2. Tick the checkbox and notice no network icon is displayed in system tray

Expected behavior:
The Display system tray icon checkbox should be disabled if there is no
network interface is selected/highlighted to avoid the user to make mistake
that the user should select a network interface in the first place
