[PC-BSD Testing] Desktop Environments Control Panel entries are not removed after uninstalling from System Packages

Steps:
1. Login to LXDE
2. Install additional desktop environment/s (Gnome, XFCE, etc) in System
Packages
3. Open Control Panel and notice additional setting icons are added from
the desktop environments that was installed
4. Go back to System Packages and uninstall the desktop environment/s by
unchecking and click Apply
5. Once uninstallation is finished, go back to Control Panel and notice
that the added icons of the uninstalled DEs are not removed

Expected behavior:
The icons of the installed DEs should be removed after uninstall. This
happened in LXDE. Please confirm if these happens with other DE
