[PC-BSD Testing] Help the warden isn't creating jails in 9.2 beta

I have re-installed, and tried this again...  the first jail gets
created fine...aka `warden create test`
then change the path in both aera's in warden.conf as in the above
files... and you end up with no template...

is there some way around this? can someone confirm that changing the
path to the jails to something other than /usr/jails is allowed
