Here you go!

# mkdir /tmp/patch
# cd /tmp/patch
# fetch -o patch.txz http://web.pcbsd.org/~kris/cdn-update-20130702.txz
# tar xvf patch.txz
# sh update.sh

That will manually apply the update to the CDN.
