@ Ian Robinson,fitchkendall at gmail.com

By my email do you mean the message was blank , with only the subject- line
header making an appearance , or that I made the E-mail in a illegible
/improper format?

I copy pasted the E-mail to the PC-BSD forums here at this link:

http://forums.pcbsd.org/showthread.php?t=19812

Often Intermittently I have weird erratic issues with my internet
connection, buffering of video streams, email failing to get sent, etc

I would assume this is my ISP, at fault, but I am not 100% sure

Regardless, here are the system logs you requested:

Ifconfig output:

em0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1500

options=209b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING,VLAN_HWCSUM,WOL_MAGIC>
    ether 90:e2:ba:1a:43:c7
    inet6 fe80::92e2:baff:fe1a:43c7%em0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x7
    inet 184.190.218.188 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 184.190.218.255
    nd6 options=23<PERFORMNUD,ACCEPT_RTADV,AUTO_LINKLOCAL>
    media: Ethernet autoselect (1000baseT <full-duplex>)
    status: active
lo0: flags=8049<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 16384
    options=600003<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,RXCSUM_IPV6,TXCSUM_IPV6>
    inet6 ::1 prefixlen 128
    inet6 fe80::1%lo0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x9
    inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000
    nd6 options=21<PERFORMNUD,AUTO_LINKLOCAL>

As you can see , by the em0 driver name I am using an intel pro (legacy,
PCI) nic

My operating system is 9.1 release,(with all updates) 64 bits, it's not in
virtual box, but ran natively

Rc.conf:

[jdx at pcbsd-6555] ~% ifconfig

                                     File:
rc.conf
