[PC-BSD Testing] "Filesystem dirty" after hard shutdown in UFS

The error just says "Filesystem dirty. Run fsck again." This is under /usr.
I tried fsck -y many times in safe mode
This happened after I restarted my host OS and my PC-BSD virtualbox did a
force shutdown.
