[PC-BSD Testing] Changing mirrors equals no result(installing bugfix)

Hi,
Kris I followed your instruction and  to no avail

But I vaguely remember having this issue before and and a forum post, some
time ago mentioned that I should delete a file that is associated with the
PBI/appcafe database and run a command or two

Forgot which steps these were or even this is even correct....
But after I completed them the bug fixes would download and install properly

Does this ring any bells?
