[PC-BSD Testing] Upgrade to RC3 from RC2 results

Upgrade went without a hitch.

The one issue I have is I no longer get the pcbsd graphical boot menu.  I just 
get text with many of the options disabled.  It boots fine but some setting in 
the boot loader seems to have gone awry.

FYI I am running intel gpu and kde 4.9.2 and the desktop animation works 
great.
